At Karma Campervans, we sell 4-season-ready Ford Transit campervans with low KMs that are perfect for all of your on and off-grid adventures. All of our vehicles are frequently maintained and are mechanically inspected at the time of sale. Karma holds a valid Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (amvic) license.

Inside, you’ll find an extremely comfortable “IKEA bedroom on wheels” designed with white cabinetry, wood-panelled ceilings, wood-inspired floor tiles, and rustic accents like the live-edge shelf and simple-to-use water system. The appliances, accessories, and bedding are not included, although we can probably work out a deal to include a propane stove and fridge if they are available. Karma Campervans are converted from the Ford Transit model, which is more compact and maneuverable than most motorhomes. The closest a Karma Campervan comes to a motorhome is the Class B motorhome. A Class B motorhome is the smallest of the motorhome classes and is essentially a converted van that includes basic amenities for living and travelling, such as a bed, kitchenette, and sometimes a bathroom.
When compared to motorhomes, Karma Campervans are easier to drive in urban settings and on narrow roads. Our campervans are designed specifically with many off-grid components, making them suitable for adventures away from standard campgrounds and facilities. Karma’s Ford Transit vans are also more fuel-efficient than a standard motorhome and have all the room and features you need to explore the world both on and off-grid.
A Karma Campervan is a Ford Transit van converted for living and travelling, with an integrated driving and living space, making it compact and easy to maneuver. A truck camper, on the other hand, is a detachable living unit mounted onto the bed of a pickup truck, so the living space and driving area are completely separate.
Van conversions can cost anywhere from $30,000-$200,000. Typically, it's cheaper and easier to buy an already converted van. Once you purchase a van, don't spend your time converting it; spend your holidays adventuring in it.
There are many reasons why campervans are a better option for travelling than an RV or motorhome. For starters, campervans are cheaper, not only as a unit but also on gas and maintenance. Motorhomes are also much larger in size, making them hard to lug around, and if you want to go off-grid, they are much more difficult to take off the beaten track.
