Wow! What a difference working with Bucars than at a number of other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. The staff are on the ball. Great communication between staff, departments, and us. We are buying a 5th wheel and our salesperson Dean is very approachable and not pushy. Sales manager Dave is fantastic in making sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. Scott in sales is also incredible, proactively engaging with us when Dean was off. In service, Peter in parts is so knowledgeable, easy-going, and has a great sense of humour. I was looking for a trailer for a very long time. I looked at several used ones and also was searching for floor plans online. I ended up at Bucars one day in November of 2021. I was lucky to have had David Reid help me. He met me in the showroom sat me down at his desk and began asking me a lot of questions. Like what kind of camping are we going to do who's going to be using the camper, what kind of things do we want to have in the camper, did we have any kind of layout in mind etc. Then he asked me what we were going to be towing the trailer with and I told him my vehicle make and model and year. He phoned the truck dealer and using my VIN number he determined the build of my truck and the towing capacity could then be calculated. I had been to a few dealerships prior to landing at Bucars and not one single salesman spent any of the same time with me prior to looking at a trailer as David Reid did. This initial time built trust and confidence. With knowing the parameters of a trailer that would be suitable he thought of 3 on the lot to show me. It was kind of a Goldilocks thing, each was better than the last. In the third one I thought we had found the right one and I put a deposit on it. I brought my husband to look at it a few days later running through the same 3 trailers in the same manner and he agreed the third one was the most suitable as well. This was an awesome process for us. The day we had to pick up our trailer it was the windiest snowiest coldest possible day in November and our walk-through was uncomfortable and brief, we also felt it was rather incomplete. It wasn't the technician's fault, it was just a horrible day. We packed up the trailer and took it to our storage lot. In April of 2022 the Bucars service department called to advise us that there was a recall. We brought the trailer in May without an appointment. During check in they found a warranty issue. The work was all completed a week early. Bravo service department! When I knew which day we would be picking it up I texted David Reid to see if he would spend an hour with us to demystify the trailer. David spent at least an hour (maybe 2) with us going over every single aspect of that trailer on the outside and on the inside regarding the electrical, the gas, the water, all the tanks, the connections and the slide. He helped us hook it back up and assured us the hitch was at the right height and the setup seemed easier with him there. He even showed us how to use our trailer brake that was in the truck. All in all I must say that the sales and service we have experienced at Bucars so far has been very good. I would highly recommend booking David Reid to take you through new trailers as we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very willing to part with his wisdom and advice. Although I don't want to have to go back for service on this unit I know it will be part of regular maintenance and I feel confident that we will have satisfaction. I have David's number in my phone and I know I can text him at any time and he will respond with help. This is a long review, but when you get service like this these days it's worth a shout out.read more

As RV newbies my husband and I went to Bucars with lots of questions on various parts we had researched. I have pretty high standards on customer service, but I can honestly say I was blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable everyone was! Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, the salesperson patiently explained battery cycles, took the time to understand our needs and ensure we had the rights parts for where and when we would be camping. We were even told about a rebate for the batteries that we purchased to help save us more money! When I couldn’t find the battery rebate form, instead of directing me the supplier, they took the time to reach out on my behalf and send me the correct form within a couple hours. We bought our new trailer here and had a great experience. Tyson was our salesman and he did an amazing job. He answered every question we had and if he didn’t know the answer he was on it to find it out ASAP! He spent the time with us which we came back 3 days in a row to look at it before we bought it! And he always made sure to be available when I said I was coming! He showed us all that we wanted to see in our price range and explained everything to us as we walked through them. He was very Thorough! I couldn’t be happier with our trailer and we are super excited to use it. Tyson made this experience amazing and I would recommend anyone looking for a trailer or anyone that has any questions about trailers so call and ask for Tyson or go in and request him as your salesman. He’s not pushy and he actually cares about the people looking to buy. Rather than some other salesmen who are just looking to make a buck. I was however very upset and disappointed when online before we even thought about buying this trailer I had asked the question of how does warranty work on a used trailer. And Brian Innes emailed me back and then called me and told me if I came in he’d give me a deal and give me $750 off my warranty and told me what the warranty would be. So when we went into bucars to purchase and I finish all the paper work I see what the end result of the warranty was I was shocked because that’s not what he told me on the phone... so instead I ended up paying more for my warranty and couldn’t get the deal that Brian offered me which left me not very happy. So in the end if you’re in the market for a new trailer be sure to ask for Tyson he will take great care of you and do everything he can to leave you with a smile and a new or new to you trailer.read more

Beware of the return policy when you buy anything at Bucars RV. I bought a antenna booster for my RV. I was trouble shooting the TV reception. It happened that by luck I went to Canadian Tire and bought an indoor antenna which proved that the original booster was fine. I got a good deal in Canadian tire with the indoor antenna so I was very happy to have resolved the reception issue. However, I made the mistake of taking the Bucars booster out of the package. I went to take it back and Bucars would not accept it back. I wasted $53. Not only that, the counter person and store manager made me feel like a crook, going over the piece, like I had brought the old piece back and kept the new one. It was ridiculous. I told them that I had no use for their piece and that the purchase date was within 30 days. It made no difference. I guess when Bucars label anything electronic, the costumer is on his own. In conclusion, in my book business Bucars has no right treating costumes like they are crooks. What shall we trust Bucars if they don't trust us!! That is it for Bucars for me. I will boycott Bucars from now onread more

Could not be happier with the service we received from Bucars! They made our 1st new trailer buying experience such a positive one and we would HIGHLY recommend them! Since we walked in the doors we instantly felt welcome and that everyone working there was so friendly and willing to help. Our salesman was Tyson, and he was fantastic! We had emailed him to go look at some trailers, and he had them pulled out front and had them all ready to go for us to check out both times we made the trip up there, which we were very impressed with. It was so awesome to be able to see them side by side to compare the differences and to see everything how you would actually use it out camping instead of stuffed in the back and not be able to see what the awning or slide look like. He was very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with! Didn’t ever make us feel rushed or like we were a bother and always answered all of our questions and made the process so easy and exciting. You could tell he really cared and wasn’t just trying to make a sale and that he wanted to sell us a trailer that checked all the boxes for us but was still within budget. He was great with follow-up and had some really nice added touches that made our trailer buying experience very personable! Thank you Tyson, you really went above and beyond and we thought you were awesome! When we went to pick up our new trailer, Dale spent a couple hours with us going over every single switch, feature and gadget the trailer had to offer, which was so helpful! We were so impressed with the depth he went into and it really helped us learn everything about our new trailer. You could tell he really cared and made sure everything was good to go before we drove away and spent a bunch of time helping us with the trailer braking adjustments which was so awesome of him! Next was Carl, he really impressed us with how meticulous he was about the trailer and replaced/fixed anything that didn’t meet his standards for a brand new trailer leaving the lot! He even pointed out a couple things that we hadn’t noticed which just goes to show that he really cared and wanted to see us leave with a trailer in mint condition! He even stayed late to make sure everything was perfect and was more than willing to do the adjustments to ensure the trailer was perfect, which was so awesome of him! It made us feel really good about our purchase and the kind of people who work there. You could tell our trailer was cleaned just before we picked it up, everything looked great and we were so happy we made our purchase at Bucars! Overall, the Bucars team was amazing!!! This is definitely the place to go if you are shopping for an RV. After looking for a couple of years and being frustrated by salesmen that just want to sell, we went to Bucars. We had wandered the lot last year and spoke with Dean Fincaryk, at that time though we were not sure of what we were looking for yet. Fast forward to this year and with a specific checklist in hand we went back to Bucars and see if Dean could source out exactly what we wanted in a trailer. He really did listen to what were were looking. I am picky and hard to convince and Dean did it!! He painstakingly found the perfect trailer for us. Once we chose a trailer we met with Linda Simunovic, she's awesome! So much fun and quick to go though all the finances, warranty and insurance options. When we picked up our trailer Dale was thorough, informative and ensured our trailer was hooked up properly. Where to begin! My wife and I spent weeks looking for a travel trailer and all we found where dishonest and rude sales staff from other near by rv dealerships. We decided to make our last stop of the day at bucars rv pretty much five minutes before they were closing. As we walked in thinking it was to late to browse around for a travel trailer a sales representative approached us and asked if we were helped or needed help we had mentioned that it was probably to late and we should come back another day but instead he mentioned that we still had plenty of time and he went out of his way to stay after hours and show us rv’s We explained what floor plan we where looking for, we came across a travel trailer that we really liked but unfortunately it was sold. Scott Graham our sales representative mentioned that he had new 2019’s coming in a few weeks in the same model and to be patient and come back and take a look when they arrive. He mentioned that he would keep us up to date on the status of the trailer and when it arrived to come take a look. We liked that fact that they did not ask for a deposit credit card or to sign any pre sale documents. Well after a few short weeks and being kept informed on the status of the trailer as we asked to be the trailer came in and we got a phone call to come in a take a look when we had time. When we arrived to the dealership Scott had the trailer washed cleaned and all powered up to show us how it looked. We decided that we really liked the trailer and made the purchase! From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. I was not there to buy a large RV. After talking to Kevin and Wyatt they showed me this small wonderful Livin" LIte Tent Trailer. I was not in the market for a tent trailer but once Wyatt spent time with me and my friend I was sold. Wyatt and Paul (finance) were very accommodating as I was getting ready to go on vacation and the purchase was all based on whether I could put this unit up on my own. They worked with me on my deposit and financing and waited for me to come back out to Balzac where Wyatt was ready and waiting. With his great instructions he walked me through every step on putting the tent trailer up and then back down. The purchase was made and I am so happy. I will be picking up my new toy later on and Wyatt again will go through the up and down again before I leave the lot.
